Made for Tempe Dwellers!

In 1871, Tempe founder Charles Hayden established a ferry to cross the Salt River. Nearly 60 years later, the Mill avenue bridge was constructed in almost the exact same spot. In the early 1900's, a dam was constructed to control the frequent flooding, and a dry river bed replaced what was once the free-flowing Salt River. In 1966, a group of architecture students at ASU came up with a design that would safely return water to the river bed. They named this project "Rio Salado" and it was the start of the Tempe Town Lake we enjoy today.

This sticker measures 3 inches on the long side and is printed on high quality outdoor grade vinyl and laminated adding durability, scratch protection, and UV protection. Water proof and weatherproof, you can put these on your water bottle, laptop, car, bicycle, etc!

These are shipped out first class mail which means there is no tracking. Please send me a message before placing your order if you require tracking.
