We only just started creating seasonal items last year. It started with Halloween, where we created a sticker pack, a pin, and a handful of earrings. But of course, one of my favorite creative questions is "How can I make this better?" and we had to wait a whole year to find out.
Last year for Christmas, I had four letterpress cards, which I still love, and three Christmas stud earrings, so I knew my expansion would come from dangly earrings that I didn't have at all last year.
The first five attempts at a holiday design were absolute disasters. Every single one looked terrible, and while I started designing in September, I was a little worried I wouldn't be able to create a solid line.
But pieces clicked together, and I started to create earrings that I absolutely loved.
