In February of 2020, I had created a small handful of items; some enamel pins, a series of 8x10 art prints, and a watercolor map of Downtown Gilbert. We were getting interest in our Gilbert Water Tower pin and watercolor map, so I reached out to a local farm store and asked if there might be a place for these two items in the store.Â
They said they didn't have room, but invited us to join their weekly farm night. So we set up a table the size of a kitchen tile, and set up shop every Wednesday for 5 weeks... until the pandemic hit.Â
Our pandemic story is in another post, so go check it out, cause it's a good one! For now, this is the story of our booth, so we'll fast forward to the following Summer, when we re-joined markets. We had a small series of stickers by then, and a couple of hotel keychains, and Raffi had built this two-part stand that we designed together. We absolutely loved our setup, but it didn't take long for us to run out of room.
